About the Role:

Join the EA Digital Platform (EADP) team—the technological backbone of Electronic Arts—developing platforms that power all EA games. As a Software Engineer II (AI/ML Ops), you’ll contribute to building distributed systems that enable personalized gaming experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for AI model training and deployment.
  • Integrate AI features into EA's platforms and applications.
  • Build tools to monitor system performance and analyze real-time metrics.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Enhance operational features and platform observability.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on platform improvement and stability.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and ML model building.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, or Scala.
  • Scripting languages: Python, Bash, Awk.
  • ML Libraries: Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib.
  • Deep learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA.
  • Cloud-based ML platforms: AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud services and modern data technologies.
  • Experience with data streaming/processing platforms.
